    that's a very Soviet-looking guy on the left with standard looks, glasses and even pyzhik hat included. The other person looks more eastern Europe to me, but probably not British. Bus is AEC Routemaster, RM or RML, seems like route number 88. However that doesn't help much since per bus-routes-in-london.fandom.com 88 used Routemasters from 10 July 1966 to 15 August 1992
